What I'm doing next

OK, I won't be starting a mystery novel tomorrow, I'll be driving up to the SF Bay Area for ConSonance which is this weekend. So don't expect to hear anything from me until maybe next Tuesday. Next, I intend to finish "Entirely Too Slithy" first, and after I'm through, that silly self-insert thingie so murasaki99 won't be too upset with me. :) THEN I'll start the museum thingie.

Meanwhile, I don't recall if I mentioned it in my LJ already, and the site seems to be down or something at the moment so I can't look, but I recommend The Museum of Jurassic Technology; click on the link - it's easier viewed than described. And remember, they're not displaying even half of what they've got on view...

This is fun - I'm playing wildlife recordings and hearing a lot of stuff in them I hadn't previously.

Glad you like it. I'm back from the con, though not up to writing yet. Vicky and Hillel caught a ride up with me, went on up to Walnut Creek to visit friends, and couldn't get a ride back. So I had to drive from Milpitas up to WC before heading south to LA. This is not going to happen again - if she does this next year Vicky is on notice to pack no more than she can manage on the BART, so I don't have to go any further than Fremont to collect her.

I'll write up the con when I get a bit more recovered.
