Manifestly I need to start reading Popehat.
We start with: Does Prenda Believe In No-Win Scenarios? Because Judge Wright Just Gave Them One. For background see also What Prenda Law Is Facing in Los Angeles, and don't miss Judge Wright's Order re Sanctions. Last time I had this much fun was reading Judge Sparks' comments on the Secret Service's treatment of Steve Jackson Games (see EFF: Steve Jackson Games vs United States Secret Service)
