lol nope its dynamic. Called Desktop Earth, its a topigraphical view of the earth centered on the time zone you specify. Its kinda neat and the nighttime views are amazing.

Sounds cool. I've got a running stream on the Vista machine which almost makes up for it being a Vista machine... :^
