Here's the full list on the Anticipation website. And here are the full ballot count statistics should anybody be interested.
A partial list:
Best Novel
* The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman (HarperCollins; Bloomsbury UK)
Best Novella
* “The Erdmann Nexus” by Nancy Kress (Asimov’s Oct/Nov 2008)
Best Novelette
* “Shoggoths in Bloom” by Elizabeth Bear (Asimov’s Mar 2008)
Best Short Story
* “Exhalation” by Ted Chiang (Eclipse Two)
Best Related Book
*Your Hate Mail Will be Graded: A Decade of Whatever, 1998–2008 by John Scalzi (Subterranean Press)
Best Graphic Story
* Girl Genius, Volume 8: Agatha Heterodyne and the Chapel of Bones Written by Kaja & Phil Foglio, art by Phil Foglio, colors by Cheyenne Wright (Airship Entertainment)
Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form
* WALL-E Andrew Stanton & Pete Docter, story; Andrew Stanton & Jim Reardon, screenplay; Andrew Stanton, director (Pixar/Walt Disney)
Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form
* Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog Joss Whedon, & Zack Whedon, & Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen , writers; Joss Whedon, director (Mutant Enemy)
As usual I'm unfamiliar with most of the winners, though I will likely look up the Gaiman and Bear writtings, since both tend to be well worth the reading. Both dramatic presentations are also pretty worthy items.

Date: 2009-08-11 06:04 am (UTC)* A colored sketch entitled "The Indiana Jones Wing of the National Archives", it depicts a pile of crates with captions along the lines of "Hi, guys, I'm the Ark of the Covenant!" "I bain the Hammer of Thor" (this in something like Fractur), variations of "I'm the [similiar sort of artifact)", and finally over to the right "There must be some mistake; I'm only an electric pencil sharpener!" I bid on this thinking it would make a lovely Intercepted cover. I gave up when it passed $30 in the first three or so bids, without even slowing down.
