Speaking of comics
Apr. 19th, 2009 07:01 pmOK, some of us were anyway. :) Behold, today's Phil and Dixie reprint! Hey, Foglio is always worth a look (though if you're under 18 don't look at your folks old copies of XXXenophile. Without them knowing about it anyway. :)) Ahem... Just though I'd include some links to things I like today, like What's New with Phil and Dixie and Buck Godot, both reprints but fun (yes, I read the original What's News, probably all of 'em though memory is faint, but I didn't catch this particular Buck epic. I gather the Godot's will be out in dead tree editions at some point in which case I can pick this one up. Meanwhile, Mel. White is redoing her Coyote as a webcomic. Go read!
Inspired by DM of the Rings (which is complete), Darths and Droids (which is not) does the same thing to Star Wars... Silliness ahoy!
OK, everybody probably knows where Kevin and Kell is but what the hey, I'll link it anyway. See also Doc Rat, Faux Pas, and Freefall.
I think that's enough for now. Oh, yes - leave us not forget Tales of the Questor. Take a look at some of the other comics on the toolbar too.

Could I do a shameless plug

Also, Foglio does not do "Furry." (with the possible exception of some of his XXXenophile stuff)

Though now that I think of it, the multispecies nature of the Gallimaufry would qualify Buck Godot. This fandom started with fans of Poul Anderson, Cordwainer Smith, Steve Gallacci and the like.
