I got in touch with DataViz, and the representative told me to do pretty much what you describe; download and install a program to uninstall Docs to Go, remove a few files from my computer, then reinstall. Thus far, it appears to be working, though I'm going to wait a few days to make sure before closing the case.
I LIKE that hedgehog! There seems to be something about this post that brings out the entertaining icons in people. I must come up with a few new ones myself, now that apparently I can have 6 of them with my (free) account.
