Ok, I just sent a note to the support folks about the rich text version of the new updating system not allowing line feeds. This was clearly marked as a FYI and clearly states that no reply is needed or required. (and yes, I read the FAQ. It does not say exactly WHAT is wrong, thus they might still have a use for specific data.)

I THINK the staff is smart enough not to "keyword" me instead of actually reading the message. But this will certainly test that notion. We shall see...
