The first of two copies of Thurber: Writings and Drawings that I ordered over the net (the other's a present Vicky ordered for a friend) has arrived, and not only did they package it right, they even Brodarted it. Blessings on "vurt47" in particular, and the Amazon Marketplace in general. Among other things, it includes the text (though not the illustrations, alas) of THE THIRTEEN CLOCKS which is almost impossible to find the book of for less than huge sums of money, being out of print.
