Plergb...

Anybody out there ever have to reload Docs to Go for a Palm T3? I had mine screwed up by another program I put on the device (and promptly removed) and even attempting to reload from scratch after doing a Hard Reset doesn't seem to have fixed it. FWIW, the main symptom is when I try to open a Sheet to go file, I get
Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c,Line:3651, Free Handle

and have to do a soft reset to get the device up again.

I'm currently emailing various potential sources for enlightenment (mostly Data Viz who wrote Docs to go).

Oh dear, no, I'm no help at all. My 'Palm' is a paper Franklin planner. :D Rebooting means tearing out a page and tossing it.

Is there any way to restore the OS in your Palm without trashing the files you've got in there?

I don't remember exactly how this worked anymore, unfortunately, but I had a similar problem, and I ended up deleting DTG from my Palm (Tungsten E), deleting it from my computer, and re-installing it completely. There was one file in particular that I had to get rid of for this to work. I found the instructions online - either at the DTG/DataViz website (I think this was where it was) or by googling the error.
